Joey Young is a 21 year old Independent Singer-Songwriter from McKeesport, Pennsylvania.

 

Starring in Musical Theater productions at as young as age 8, is where Joey learned the importance of bringing a 'Spectacle" to the stage. As well as performing in Choral programs for over 5 years starting at 13, eventually leading to his inevitable career in making Pop Music.

He has written, recorded, and co-produced 8 Studio Singles and 2 Live Albums. He is a hands on artist who is apart of every intricate detail of his work, from creating the music, choreographing routines, rhinestoning all of his costumes, conceptualizing everything you see from him, etc .  

 

He has became a Viral Social Media Sensation on TikTok. Amassing over 8 million views from his videos pushing  for inclusion and diversity for the LGBTQ+ Community, from multiple videos of Joey's history of being a Pride Icon in both the city of McKeesport and Pittsburgh respectively.

Joey is a nationally renowned artist. Headlining "My Hollywood Pride" in 2022 and 2023, performing at "Miami Beach Pride' in 2023, as well as performing at Pittsburgh Pride Revolution on the main stage in 2022, being brought back in 2023 to be the Opening Act on the largest day of the pride celebrations following the pride parade.

Joey is an artist who represents what it means to (as he puts it) "turn dust into diamonds," by creating something out of nothing and turning it into something you've never seen. You may not have known his name before, but its one you'll never forget.
